  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Role: Temp Ops Admin

Location: Macpherson MRT

Pay: $2100/month

Duration: Min 3 months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6pm) + Sat (8:30am – 12:30pm)


Responsibilities


Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production
Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks
Management of card inventory in production
Preparation of daily reconciliation reports and monthly billing reports
Preparation of adhoc urgent cards for courier pickup.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work




Requirements

Phones in locker when entering production area
Proficient with Excel knowledge
Must have prior admin/data entry experience
