  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Doing a thorough review of blueprints and construction plans. Understand the technicality of plans, layouts and joineries drawing, including sprinklers, plumbing, M&E, data, security and so on for Interior Design in Corporate & Commercial spaces.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and related paperwork. Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
  • Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Procurement of materials and project related items. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior to support project completion.
  • Knowledge of government and statutory regulations for Corporate (Offices) and Commercial interior design spaces
  • An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations Possess strong interpersonal skills and work effectively in a team.
  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate in Quantity Survey.
  • Proven working experience for minimum 2 years in quantity surveyor interior spaces of Corporate (offices) and Commercial space.
  • Converse, write and prepare documents in English is a must since we are working with a diverse multi-lingual team member.
  • Understand the technicality of plans, layouts and joineries drawing, including sprinklers, plumbing, M&E, data, security and so on for Interior Design in Corporate & Commercial spaces.
  • Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
  • Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to financial complications
  • Assist MDC Directors on contractual disputes and arbitration.
