Manulife’s ambition is to become Singapore’s Digital Customer Leader. The Growth Marketing Manager in Manulife Life Insurance Company, Singapore (MLS) is responsible for enhance our ability to attract prospective new customers through digital channels with sales conversion offline.

This role is an individual contributor role, reporting the Head of Growth Marketing.

On the job you will:

  • Develop & execute a robust lead generation plan through performance marketing to drive exponential business growth.

  • Work with creative agency to develop digital ad creatives that resonate with target audience and interest to speak with financial consultants, and responsible to obtain necessary approval to ensure it’s complied with regulator’s guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, MarTech & Digital Platforms teams to:

    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics against target.

    • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights for end-to-end improvement in performance marketing activities.

    • Design & execute experimentation and/or optimization plan across touchpoints to improve lead volume & quality.

    • Leverage of Marketing Technology (e.g. Customer Data Platform) to implement personalization experience and performance marketing use cases.

  • Collaborate closely with Distribution team to devise mechanics that improve online-to-offline conversion.

  • Act as subject matter expert on digital paid advertising activities and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Overall budget and KPI management for the above responsibilities including vendor management.

We are looking for someone:

  • Results-driven professional with a university degree and a minimum 5 years in a digital marketing role.

  • Experience in managing online-to-offline performance marketing programs with proven results that meet organization’s strategic objectives.

  • Familiarity with digital ad stack. Experience in executing performance marketing campaign on ad platforms is a plus.

  • Understanding of marketing technology stacks, preferably Adobe suite. Experience in building campaigns on Customer Data Platform is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis for informed decision.

  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-function teams in a complex organization, and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in financial services is preferred.
