Job Scope:
Responsible for maintaining, updating & troubleshooting of employees’ digital HR files. Liaise with HR Business Partners on new hires’ on-boarding and outstanding documents.
Maintaining the HR Shared services email inbox and ensures that queries are resolved within the standard level agreement of 2 working days of turnaround time.
Providing immigration services, advice and support to HR Business Partners on various work pass/ dependant pass matters in Singapore.
Liaising with external benefit provider vendor for benefit enrolment/termination, verifying employee’s insurance/ flex-benefits claims and to process insurance invoices.
Be the main point of contact to fulfil each entity’s online postings of job openings in local government hiring website.
Ensuring that other HR administrative duties as assigned
Ensuring that staff movement emails for new joiners/ leavers are sent out promptly.
Manage Employees’ benefits such as corporate passes and employee share plan.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR or other related qualifications
Proficient in HRIS systems
