[Job Scope]
As a Retail Associates, you will play a key role in providing trend advise and insight of products to potential customers. You will also need to provide each customer with highly detailed, personalized service to help them meet their needs.

[Key Responsibilities]
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure that customers’ needs are met

Sales & Product Knowledge:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay up to date with product knowledge

Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout
- Assist with stock organization and replenishment

Teamwork & Support:
- Collaborate with fellow associates and managers to meet team goals
- Support the management team with ad hoc duties

Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution:
- Actively listen to customer feedback to address concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience

[Requirements]
Previous experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in handling transactions and inventory management
