  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:


Use AutoCAD to draft and update facility engineering drawings.
Support project management for machine installations and facility works from design to commissioning.
Respond to breakdowns and maintain mechanical/electrical systems (e.g., compressors, chillers, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection).
Manage outsourced services: cleaning, landscaping, pest control, water treatment, and equipment maintenance.
Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure timely execution.
Monitor and support plant utility usage.
Handle admin tasks: vendor sourcing, purchase requests, and budget control.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and OSHA standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
Suggest innovative ideas for cost and energy savings.
Understand ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems and related compliance.
Communicate regularly with employees on safety and quality expectations.
Act on employee feedback regarding product safety and quality.
Provide ongoing safety and quality training to staff.


Job Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
Min. 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/engineering industries
Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving & analytical skills
Good planning, organizing, time management & multitasking abilities
Experience in facility maintenance, project management, or building services
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & automation systems
Familiar with safety and environmental regulations
