My client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Temp Payroll Executive / Assistant Manager. As a key member of their HR team, you'll play a vital role in managing payroll processing, handling enquiries, and providing programme funding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Payroll Processing: Input data and check entry records for payroll unlocking, perform claims settlement, compute payment/deductions for new hires/leavers, etc.
2. Secondment Billing: Prepare secondment billing and disseminate information to Finance and respective agencies.
3. Enquiry Handling: Handle enquiries from staff on last drawn salary and agencies on secondment billings.
4. Programme Funding: Provide programme funding to Finance on a quarterly basis.
5. User Acceptance Test: Perform User Acceptance Test for new wage type in ACE system.
6. Cover Senior Executive Duties: Cover duties of Senior Executive (Payroll) during her absence.
7. Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
