2. Challenge Performance Tracking: Track and analyze statistics on OIP challenge performance during call opening period.
OIP Challenge Management
1. Challenge List Maintenance: Update and maintain the list of OIP challenges and innovation projects, including status updates and engaging with problem owners and solvers.
2. Collateral Development: Develop and maintain OIP program collaterals, including platform user guides and FAQs.
Insights and Feedback
1. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Collect post-event/program feedback from OIP users, analyze and present insights to improve user experience.
2. Innovation Success Stories: Identify and build up a bank of innovation success stories from past OIP challenges.
