  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an Executive to provide support to the HR Payroll Team.

Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

Monthly payroll processing such as inputting data and checking entry records for payroll unlocking, performing claims settlement, computing payment/deductions for new hires/leavers etc.
Prepare secondment billing and disseminate information to Finance and respective agencies
Handle enquiries from staff on last drawn salary and agencies on secondment billings.
Provide EOM (programme funding) to Finance on quarterly basis
Perform User Acceptance Test for new wage type in ACE system
Covered duties of Snr Executive (Payroll) during her absence
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Looking for:

Singaporeans only
Min. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or its equivalent
Prior HR payroll experience would be an advantage
Competent in the use of MS Excel and Word.
Meticulous and good with numbers.
Possess good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
