  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a MNC that operates in the high-technology industry dealing with Voice-Over-IP, Advanced Communications, Contact Centre applications etc.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking self-driven Technical Support Engineers to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations and providing support to users and stakeholders.

Working days: 5 day work week

Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent

Job Responsibilities:

Analyse the relevant software & hardware tools, interdependencies, limitations with reference to functional requirements, system architecture, industry’s standards and budget.
Configure and test software and hardware.
Identify problems in equipment, system or software.
Install and configure the software in accordance with installation procedures, organisational guidelines and plans.
Run the system diagnostic tools according to specification.
Manage user access and security in accordance with organisational requirements.
PC troubleshooting and resolve software and hardware issues.
Provide exceptional customer support and maintain network systems.

Requirements:

Singaporean
Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in Communications and Computer Infrastructure is an advantage.
Proficient in technical skills such as Win2k3 Server, Networking, VB, ASP, MS Access, MS-SQL.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
