Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our client’s software and hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in desktop & server support and familiarity with web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our client success team to ensure smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot and work with developers to resolve issues related to websites, web applications, mobile applications and on-premise kiosk and POS systems
- Assist with desktop and server maintenance and updates
- Log, track, and escalate support tickets using our helpdesk system
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose and resolve software bugs.
- Perform remote and on-site support (if required) for client installations.
- Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
- Assist in user training and create support guides for clients.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Mobile Devices such as Android OS (especially for kiosk/touchscreen setups) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of web/mobile app functionality (debugging logs, API errors).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.

You have an advantage if you have the following:
- Experience with kiosk mode software** (e.g., SureLock, Fully Kiosk Browser).
- Knowledge of Server (Windows/Linux) and Networking (Firewall,Router and Switching)
- Knowledge on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).8:23

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,182.98 - $7,976.20 per month
