Sales Account Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage projects, and drive revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, client communication, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and provide value-added services.
Sales & Strategic Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell relevant services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to integrate sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Project & Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, from briefing to delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on key metrics and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in digital marketing, content, or advertising is a plus.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
