  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support A&A Department in our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Bill of Quantities (BQ) take-off and prepare accurate cost estimates for tender submissions.
  • Manage project administration, including contract documentation, progress claims, and variation orders.
  • Process SCDF submissions and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Assist the Department Head with administrative matters and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the M&E fire protection industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
  • Independent, resourceful, and possess a strong sense of ownership in getting tasks completed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Construction management: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
