This is a fantastic full-time opportunity where you'll be instrumental in managing our AR and Credit Control processes, with the added benefit of flexible working hours and the potential to work from anywhere, based on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You'll Achieve:

* Efficient Invoicing & Payment Follow-up: Take ownership of the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch, and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.

* Impeccable Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring data integrity for accurate financial reporting.

* Exceptional Customer Relations: Be the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally, fostering strong relationships.

* Contribute to Financial Insights: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, providing valuable data to support business decisions.

* Collaborative Credit Control: Work closely with the finance team to implement and enhance effective credit control procedures, contributing to the financial stability of the company.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

* Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an accounts receivable role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the end-to-end process.

* Analytical Acumen: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

* Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

* Tech Savvy: Proficient in using accounting software (ideally XERO) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

* Self-Starter & Team Player: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.

* Immediate Availability: Able to commence employment promptly.
