  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,600 per month

  • Regular 5 days of work

  • 9.00 - 6.00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging shipments for customers

  • Liaise with sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customers' shipments to various destinations

  • Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)

  • Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities

  • To generate reports as and when required.

  • Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge

  • Training and support provided

  • Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit

  • Able to handle multi-tasking, and cope with a fast-paced environment

  • Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience
