We are looking to grow our team and business and are looking for a full time Administration & Logistics Coordinator Packer to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To process, pack, and fulfil sales orders efficiently according to required standards set out by the Company

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all online orders

  • Process all digital sales orders in the warehouse, entering invoices and purchase orders to system

  • Prepare delivery drivers documents

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages

  • Update records and maintain proper filing system

  • To label and ensure labels are correctly affixed

  • To ensure workplace health, hygiene and safety requirements are met

  • To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and despatch of goods

  • To assist in the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organise special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled/frozen goods or ambient products

  • Ensure inventory levels are consistently optimized and collaborate closely with the production team to prevent any instances of stockouts.

  • Proficient in seller platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, adept at managing platform sales

  • Able to perform adhoc duties given to support e-commerce team

  • To report immediately to your immediate superior any problem encountered in the day-to-day operations

  • All other duties, as assigned

Preferred skills and experience

  • Past experience in admin/logistics, or working in food business is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a team
