  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, supervisors and team members

  • Responsible for the coordination of all warehousing and distribution functions, including warehouse management system, inventory control, automation system, maintenance, inbound & outbound shipping and delivery arrangement

  • Responsible for staff discipline to Upkeep Company service level and quality assurance while facilitating practical training & development for warehouse personnel

  • Liaise closely with internal marketing, sales, and vendor service representatives, customer service representatives to meet vendor & customers’ needs and requirements

  • Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior

  • In full compliance with all Environment (EHS), ISO Quality and Security requirements of the company

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics and any field

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the High-Tech Industry/ Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position

  • Experience and proficiency in requirements management, project management and solution definition

  • Solid organization and multi-tasking skills and good at providing business solution

  • Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in bilingual

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
