Customer Service (Import / Export)
Job Description : ·
· Oversees daily shipments/enquiries/LCL consolidation/FCL shipments
· Liaise with customer on operation issues.
· Import/Export consolidation planning
· Dangerous goods applications
· Import and export documents & liaising with overseas agent
· Responding customer queries.
· Verify Overseas & Contractors' invoices
· Invoice billing
· Rates negotiation with Carrier & Co-loader
· Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments.
· Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others)
· Send BL and invoice to shipper and arrange telex release upon payment
· Check and follow up shipment status
· Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking.
· Liase with consignee / shipper on import shipment's arrangements.
· Send / fax arrival notice to consignee and arrange collection / delivery of cargoes.
Other information:
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Expected Start Date: Immediate
