  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:

  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,400 per month

FULL TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT WITH 5.5 DAYS/WEEK, 36 HOURS/WEEK, NO NIGHT SHIFT/SUN/PH

We are looking for individuals who are passionate to provide care for our patients as full-time staff.

We are offering an attractive salary package to individuals who share our values.

5.5 days/week with up to 36 hours per week (No night shift/No Sunday & PH)

Friendly work environment

No experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Registering patients, answering phone calls and enquiries

  • Dispensing of medications

  • Handling transactions and payments

  • Submission of electronic claims

  • Performing basic administrative duties such as inventory management, daily reports etc.

  • Chaperone and assist in basic clinical duties

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level/Diploma

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer literate

  • Pleasant character and willing to learn; proactive and committed

  • No clinic experience required

  • Overtime Pay

  • 13th month Bonus/AWS (Full Time)
