About the Role

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in the management of facilities management services for the Site assigned.
  • Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
  • Serve as the primary contact for MOE staff.
  • Ensure contractors are escorted securely and efficiently to their destinations within the building, minimizing wait times and ensuring privacy.
  • Oversee car park management operations and vendor and ensure proper signage maintenance. Monitor parking usage and enforce rules.
  • Oversee security management and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of the Site. Ensure safety protocols are followed (fire, emergency), and control access to restricted areas.

About You

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in facilities operations management.
  • Knowledge/familiarized with Microsoft Office tools, e-mail communication and computer skills.
  • Flexibility to be present on variable schedules to accommodate certain situations.
