    • Oversee work pass applications and employment documentation.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify HR needs.
    • Contribute to workforce planning and engagement strategies.
  • Process Improvement
    • Participate in projects aimed at optimizing HR efficiency.
Candidate Profile

  • Background & Experience
    • 2-5 years in HR, preferably with business partnering exposure.
    • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
    • Experience in work pass processing and knowledge of employment regulations.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communicator with collaborative approach.
    • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
