Regional Marketing Assistant - APAC
Your mission
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on digital marketing to support our team in executing campaigns, managing online platforms, and analysing performance data.
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in digital marketing and fundamental marketing functions
- Mature and professional in communication with excellent work ethic

- Able to manage tasks efficiently
1. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Support email marketing (content creation, scheduling, performance tracking)
- Assist in creating and scheduling marketing content (graphics, videos, blog posts)
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure marketing materials are high-quality and on-brand
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget
- Track and analyse social media engagement, ad performance, and website traffic
- Generate weekly/monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide insights on areas for improvement based on data analysis
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
- Help organize webinars, events, and online promotions
- Maintain marketing databases and update customer lists as needed
Your profile
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing. (fresh grads are welcome) communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads Manager, and email arketing tools
- Willing to accept feedback and learn from guidance to improve skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have:
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, etc)
- Previous experience in a B2B or technology-focused company is an advantage
