We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our services, converting inquiries into sales, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell service packages and memberships to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer database
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support daily front-desk operations including appointments, payments, and customer service
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, positive, and sales-driven personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiar with messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp)
Pay: $1800 + commissions. Pay is negotiable.
