Job Summary:

iWorld Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Marketing and Sales Executive to lead our efforts in attracting students from Japan, Korea, and Brazil to our ESL programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, fluency in English and at least one of the target languages (Japanese, Korean, or Portuguese), and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances in these regions.

In this role, you will design and execute localized marketing strategies, establish partnerships, and manage the sales pipeline to drive student enrollments. Your ability to build relationships, create compelling campaigns, and close sales will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective students and parents through various channels (phone, email, social media) to promote our ESL programs.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting students with inquiries about course details, pricing, and enrollment processes in their native language (Japanese, Korean, or Portuguese).
  • Follow up with prospective students to answer questions, address concerns, and assist with the enrollment process.
  • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian markets.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities, including education fairs, workshops, and networking events to promote our programs.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, both online and offline.
  • Adapt and translate marketing content into Japanese, Korean, or Portuguese to ensure cultural sensitivity and relevance.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through course completion.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, offering accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist students with administrative tasks such as registration, payment processing, and course scheduling.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and processing correspondence.
  • Monitor and restock office and classroom supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on sales activities, enrollment numbers, and customer feedback.
  • Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, or Portuguese (Brazilian) will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in international marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
  • In-depth understanding of Japanese, Korean, or Brazilian cultures, particularly regarding student preferences and decision-making processes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their language learning goals.
