  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the position

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Presales Consultant – Streaming Solutions to support our sales team in delivering cutting-edge streaming technology to global clients. You will play a critical role in identifying client needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and architecting scalable, low-latency video solutions that meet complex technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to qualify leads and understand client streaming use cases and challenges.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements for internal teams.
  • Build relationships with clients to address technical aspects and offer technological improvements.
  • Deliver customized demos of our streaming platform (live, VOD, OTT, CDN, etc.) and technical presentations.
  • Serve as an internal consultative figure, building trust and proposing solutions, creating commercial and technical proposals, and delivering presentations to clients and end users.
  • Provide internal technical training, and actively participate in the development of sales plans and the acquisition of new accounts.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Media Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years in a presales, sales engineering, or solution architect role (preferably in streaming or media tech)
  • Strong understanding of streaming architectures: live and VOD workflows, encoding, adaptive bitrate streaming, etc.
  • Familiarity with video delivery protocols (HLS, DASH, RTMP), players (ExoPlayer, Shaka, Video.js), and CDNs
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Media Services, Azure Media, Google Cloud Video APIs)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
