  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries & handle and resolve customer complaints online and through telephone
  • Provide pricing and delivery information & process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
  • Recommending the correct wine and alcohol to customers.
  • Utilize the company's POS system to cash customers out or administer goods returns.
  • Adhoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Well versed with relevant computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • 5 days work week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
