Job Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain existing sales accounts.
Upsell new products to current customers.
Follow up with new customers for potential sales opportunities.
Plan and conduct daily sales visits and customer calls.
Achieve sales and profit targets as directed.
Follow up on sales leads, orders, and deliveries.
Provide technical support for customer inquiries.
Ensure excellent after-sales service to foster customer loyalty.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in sales of mechanical/electrical components or relevant industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation abilities.
Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for tackling new challenges.
Customer-oriented, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Proven track record in following up on sales leads and successfully closing orders.
A good relationship with OEM, SI, EMS, and End Users would be an added advantage.
