- Acquire new clients via cold calling, prospecting & email
- Manage & grow existing accounts through cross-selling
- Handle sales ops (inquiries, RFQs, tenders, follow-ups)
- Meet & exceed sales targets
- Maintain CRM & sales pipeline
- Negotiate rates & optimize margins
- Work with CS & Ops for smooth shipment execution
Requirement:
- 4–5 years’ sales experience in freight forwarding/shipping only
- Strong pipeline management & closing skills

- Great communication & teamwork
