  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the Healthcare industry as a Procurement Senior Associate.



Procurement Senior Associate:

Location: Central

Duration: 6 months
Shifts: Mon to Thurs 8.30am – 6pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $2400/mth



Job scope:
Enter and maintain procurement data in the system accurately
Ensure that all records are updated and organized
Provide support in creating and issuing purchase orders
Prepare and maintain procurement reports as required
Record all procurement activities and maintain records accurately
Take part in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives



Requirements:

Highly attentive and organized
Advanced communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience in Ariba/SAP would be advantageous
Positive working attitude and has a hunger to learn
