→ Arranging with management teams to conduct 1:1s and employee performance evaluations
→ Play a crucial role in identifying training and development opportunities for employees
→ Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/HR
Min 1 - 2 years of Experience in HR/ Training disciplines
