Location: Singapore Expo
Event Date(s): 10 - 15 MAY 2025
Working Hours: Between 9am to 8pm (up to 8 hours per day)
Competitive Pay: $25 per hour
Job Responsibilities for Booth Hostess / Korean Interpreter Assistant:
Customer Engagement: Provide basic information and respond to frequently asked questions in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in the company’s products or services to confidently assist and guide guests.
Guest Hospitality: Welcome guests, serve light refreshments, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the booth area.
Appointment Coordination: Help manage and arrange appointments with delegates, guests, and appointment holders.
Onsite Coordination: Liaise with event support staff to ensure all guest needs are met professionally and promptly.
Korean Language Interpretation: Act as a Korean-English interpreter for Korean-speaking delegates and visitors, assisting with translation of general information and facilitating smooth communication at the booth.
Physical Readiness: Must be comfortable standing for long periods during event hours.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Support: Carry out any other administrative or on-ground support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Fully fluent in English and Korean languages (written and spoken).
Able to fully commit from 10 - 15 May 2025.
Prior experience as a Korean Interpreter is required.
Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with event attendees.
