Beirut Grill, Singapore’s Best Middle Eastern Restaurant 2024, is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Chef to join our team. If you’re a recent culinary graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity to hone your skills in authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.

We are hiring for two specializations:
Bread & Desserts Focus – Perfecting traditional breads like pita and manakish, and preparing classic Middle Eastern sweets such as baklava and mouhalabiah.
Grill Focus – Mastering the art of grilling meats, kebabs, and tandoor-style cooking, ensuring perfect texture and flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and executing authentic Middle Eastern breads, desserts, or grilled meats based on specialization.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards.
Support senior chefs in food preparation, inventory management, and daily operations.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Learn and develop culinary techniques specific to Middle Eastern cuisine.

What We’re Looking For:

Fresh graduates or entry-level chefs with a culinary diploma/certificate.
Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and eagerness to learn.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
Team player with a willingness to grow and develop skills.
Experience with baking, pastry work, or grilling techniques is a plus but not required.
