Responsibilities:


Develop, review, and implement HR policies to support company growth, attract and retain talent, and enhance workforce management.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and confirmation processes.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via the MOM portal.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, covering:
Overtime, incentives, commissions
CPF contributions, tax filings
NPL deductions, allowances, penalties
NS claims and foreign worker levy submissions

Maintain and manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer performance appraisals, salary reviews, bonuses, and compensation and benefits schemes.
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and liaise with government agencies for HR-related matters, surveys, and funding applications.
Plan, coordinate, and track employee training and development initiatives.
Apply for relevant government grants to support training, development, and workforce upskilling.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Proficient in handling full-cycle recruitment and work pass management via MOM portals.
Experienced in employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and compliance.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Infotech HRMS is a strong advantage.
