  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Handle customer enquiries related to order status, shipping instructions, and any special requests.


Process customer orders promptly, ensuring all orders are logged and executed within specified timelines.


Schedule orders and collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely picking and packing for on-time delivery.


Coordinate communication through internal and external email responses, ensuring clarity and professionalism.


Liaise with forwarders to ensure the accurate handling of import and export documentation.


Ensure all logistics activities adhere to ISO processes and company standards.


Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Support warehouse activities as needed, including unloading, receiving, sorting, putaway, and conducting quality checks.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
PC literate and familiar with Warehouse Management System
Possess Forklift licence and/or Reach Truck licence
Possess 16 tonne forklift licence is an added advantage
