Responsibilities:

Manage full spectrum of payroll processing for manufacturing employees (including shift workers, contract staff, and overtime calculations).
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, SDL, etc.).
Maintain employee payroll records, updating changes related to salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Handle monthly reconciliations, payroll reports, and year-end activities such as IR8A and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) calculations.
Process and review claims related to overtime, shift allowances, and other variable components.
Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to perform data analysis, validation, and reporting.
Work closely with the HR, Finance, and Manufacturing departments to ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and outputs.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume labor environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and payroll systems.



Salary: $2800 - $3000, depending on qualifications and experience

Working day & hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract
