Job Description:
Our Bakery team plays a crucial role in producing our own variety of baked goods and cakes, which are baked fresh daily & served in all our outlets:
Baked Goods such as wholemeal, multi-grain, rye, olive bread, cheese bread, croissant, burger buns, bagel, brioche, apple pie, etc.

Learn the preparation & baking techniques behind our delicious baked goods, cakes & pastries
Understand the proper use of mixers, blenders, heat sources, & other equipment used in production
Learn to appreciate the importance of using the correct cookware & bakeware, so as to achieve the right temperature during the baking process
Pick up skills & knowledge in being able to accurately identify the different types, characteristics, functions, & quality indicators of each baking ingredient
Maintaining food safety standards; from quality checks and control to the proper handling & storing of ingredients, ensuring all equipment are sanitized and ready for use
Job Requirements:
Preferrably at least 1-year related working experience or training, but not entirely necessary as training will be provided in abundance
*Those with relevant work experience & skills will be offered more senior roles like Baker and Senior Baker
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with SFA
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
A team player with a good sense of job responsibility & a keen eye for details
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, & public holidays
Honest willingness to learn & grow with the Company
