Job Description:
- Support store sell-out achievement, field force teams, and individual performance. Implement action plans for incremental sell-out growth. - Track sell-out performance by account and store.
- Manage retail activity goals and ROI analysis. Oversee major data and KPIs through weekly meetings. Maintain store performance with coaching and staff management.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on display opportunities and brand presence in key malls.
- Track competitor sell-out and promotions. Monitor inventory levels and highlight stock status. Gather competitor insights, assess effectiveness, and provide timely updates on competitive activities, especially during launches. Consolidate data for retail mapping tools.
- Conduct store visits, providing weekly reports to improve sales and efficiency.
- Manage key listings, documents, and retail mapping tools. Maintain communication with store staff to ensure adherence to protocols and ensure strong display executions.
- Drive customer service through MSP monitoring and recovery plans.
- Ensure FSMs/Promoters have product knowledge and marketing training. Equip teams with necessary tools and information to boost sales.
- Act as the main contact for assigned stores, drive effectiveness, and encourage participation. Provide field training when needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Minimum of 2 years in retail operations. Outgoing, detail-oriented personality. Ability to work independently and in teams. Flexibility to travel.
Location: Pasir Panjang office, daily store visits across the island.
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, five days a week, permanent Sundays off, plus one weekday off.
