Role Overview:

We are looking for a Prime Mover Foreman to oversee and lead our fleet operations in PSA Singapore. You will manage a team of drivers, ensure smooth port logistics, and uphold safety standards in one of the world's busiest ports.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership – Supervise and support Prime Mover Drivers to ensure efficient port operations.

Operations Management – Plan and coordinate vehicle deployment and shift assignments.

Safety & Compliance – Enforce strict PSA safety guidelines, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Problem-Solving – Address operational challenges, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity.

Attractive Salary & Incentives:

Minimum salary of SGD 3,800/month for 24 shifts

Night Shift Incentive – Extra pay for night shifts

Weekend Shift Incentive – Additional earnings for weekend work

Public Holiday (PH) Incentive – Special rates for PH shifts

Loyalty Bonus – Rewarding long-term commitment

Overtime Pay – Get compensated fairly for extra hours

Qualifications:

Foreman experience in PSA Singapore

Strong leadership & communication skills to manage teams

Knowledge of Prime Mover operations & Port Safety regulations

Valid Class 3 license
