  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a chiropractic clinic looking to open a Pilates studio. We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our team! As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead dynamic and engaging classes for a diverse range of clients, including prenatal students. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering top-notch instruction, fostering a supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Pilates classes to adults of varying fitness levels, including prenatal students
  • Develop and lead prenatal Pilates classes, modifying exercises to accommodate different stages of pregnancy
  • Create engaging class environments that promote learning, relaxation, and fun
  • Assess clients' needs, goals, and limitations to provide personalized attention and modifications
  • Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions, corrections, and feedback
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized studio environment

Requirements:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat or Reformer) with a recognized certification body (e.g., STOTT Pilates, APPI, Pilates Anytime)
  • Prenatal Pilates certification or training
  • Able to deliver private classes
  • 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably in a studio setting
  • Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and exercise modifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible scheduling availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching special populations (e.g., prenatal, postnatal, seniors)
  • Knowledge of exercise science, physical therapy, or related field
