- Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, and Document Management), Events, Client & Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, and Capital Management.

- Ensure the critical MEP infrastructure supporting business operations is operated and maintained to the highest standards of reliability and efficiency and in accordance with the firm's global engineering policies and procedures for office, trading floors, and data centers.
- Provide requirements and guidelines for critical system design and operational provisions for all new construction, expansion and reinstatement projects.
- Be available 24/7/365 in the event of incidents or crises. Provide crisis management support to identify potential/immediate impacts, restore operational capabilities and institute required safeguards.
- Responsible for all aspects of property management including budgeting, sustainment, maintenance, cleaning, client satisfaction and quality to ensue these are conducted in accordance with the lease and local statutory requirements.
- Work with CWS regional and global teams to establish and review property management functions and implement cost effective strategies to meet the firm's business requirement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization. Interact with key stakeholders and clients on timely issue resolution and operational improvements.
- Collaborate across On-Site Solutions to enrich the workplace experience for facility occupants and guests by delivering a seamless operation that works at scale, tailored to the location and individual.
- Manage the onsite vendors providing property management and critical system operations ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the firm's policies.
- Analyze contract provisions and requirements to ensure contracts are executed in accordance with outlined service level agreements.
- Support in developing and managing the annual operations and capital budgets for all facilities relating to property management and critical system operations
- Evaluate and communicate any risk with potential to impact facility operations resulting from external or internal events and ensure that appropriate resources and processes are utilized to mitigate risk of business interruption.
- Undergraduate or master's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering, building / property / facility management, or other relevant under / post graduate studies
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Broad understanding of critical systems infrastructure and experience with environmental sustainability and energy management programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders
- Strong vendor management and client engagement skills
