Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the annual B2C sector plan with distributors.
- Track sales performance, analyse gaps, and recommend improvement plans.
- Provide accurate stock forecasts and monitor distributor/trade stock levels.
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing Plan, aligning it with Sales and Marketing objectives
- Implement trade promotions and create impactful in-store campaigns
- Support new product listings and distributor collaboration.
- Report on B2C sector trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales, distribution management, trade marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with distributors, trade customers, and internal teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
