
Assistant Manager, Operations
About HelloRide: HelloRide is a global leader in micromobility, offering innovative e-bike and e-scooter solutions for sustainable urban transport. As we continue to grow our shared bicycle business in Singapore, we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager, Operations to join our Singapore team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the planning and execution of the island business, ensuring operational success.
Position Overview: The Assistant Manager, Operations will oversee multiple aspects of the core operation and driving it to the next stage of growth. You will manage a team of drivers and walkers who are the heartbeat of the business in managing fleet availability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is not afraid to get hands-on working in both office and outside environment, and is eager to help scale HelloRide’s services. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management: Support the daily operations of HelloRide’s e-bikes and e-scooters, ensuring smooth deployment, rebalancing, and maintenance to maximize fleet availability.
Operational Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes, driving operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, marketing, and policy, to ensure alignment with HelloRide’s broader business goals.
Data Monitoring: Analyse key operational metrics to optimize fleet health and performance.
Team Assistance: Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly, ensuring safety and operational standards are upheld.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Assist in managing warehouse operations, supply chains, and vehicle maintenance.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations and safety standards, especially during city setups.
Requirements:
Bachelor' s degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a strong willingness to learn and get involved in operations on the ground.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with data to drive decisions.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience in logistics or micromobility is a plus, but not required—curiosity and adaptability are key.
Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
