Location: Oxley Bizhub, Singapore
Working Hours: 3PM – 11PM (6-day week, approximately 42 hours/week, with a weekday off)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $2,000 – $2,500 base salary + performance-based commission (up to $1,500/month)

We are a fast-growing Singapore-based hair care brand expanding across both retail and e-commerce. As part of our growth, we’re looking to hire two highly creative, driven, and confident individuals to join our team as Content Creators & Livestream Hosts.

This is an in-person role for those who thrive in front of the camera, enjoy building digital content from scratch, and are passionate about engaging with an online audience.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator & Livestream Host, you will take ownership of our content and livestream direction—ideating, producing, and presenting brand content across social platforms and e-commerce channels. You will be the voice and face of the brand, helping to grow our community and drive sales through compelling storytelling and product showcasing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Lemon8
  • Develop monthly content calendars in alignment with product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone and current platform trends
  • Use tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to execute high-quality visuals

Livestream Hosting

  • Host engaging and sales-driven livestreams across platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live
  • Present products clearly and persuasively to drive conversions
  • Interact with viewers in real-time, managing Q&A, showcasing bundles, and sharing special offers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations during live sessions

Performance Monitoring

  • Track performance of content and livestreams using analytics tools
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on results to improve future campaigns
  • Stay up to date with content and platform trends to ensure relevance and visibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-scope content creation
  • Confident and articulate on camera, with strong communication skills
  • Background in sales, marketing, or livestreaming is an advantage
  • Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms
  • Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven
