About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and outgoing Customer Relations & Service Executive to be the friendly face and voice of our brand. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a vital role in managing enquiries, building client relationships, and supporting seamless event experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and enjoys making people feel heard and taken care of.

  • Serve as the first point of contact across multiple platforms – email, phone, WhatsApp, and website
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups
  • Assign tasks to relevant teams and monitor progress of event enquiries
  • Support the Event Specialist in the coordination and execution of events
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through timely and thoughtful communication
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from enquiry to event day
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams while managing independent tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the Director as required
  • Oversee basic office operations including inventory checks and procurement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Communications, Events, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh grads and interns are welcome
  • Warm, people-first personality with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Experience in customer service or event coordination is a bonus
