- Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the Ship Repair Department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist to issue Purchase Requisition with Purchasing Department on procurement of ship repair items.
Assist to issue Service Order/ Purchase Order for ship repair services (E.g. Contractor's repair work)
To manage petty cash / reimbursement for the department.
Ship Repair work done report compilation to a dossier to ship owner.
Coordinate with Finance & HR on invoices verifications, perform goods receipt via SAGE 300.
Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry drinking water suppiles.
Provide administrative support to the Department
Issue medical chit for general worker.
Records of general worker & supervisor leave / MC.
Assist HR on renewal of worker's passport occasionally.
Process of monthly worker overtime to HR Department to process payroll via Timesoft System
Monthly Shipyard fresh water supply records submission to MPA via Marinet
Manage / monitor taxi card for owner representative.
Taking minutes of meeting.
Any other ad-hoc job assigned by General Manager.
