TriCab Group is a well-established Australian cable manufacturer with a global presence since 1978. We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Office Manager to join our newly established Asian regional office in Tuas, Singapore.

In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Managing Director and collaborate closely with our Australian head office team. You will play a key part in setting up local processes, so flexibility, resourcefulness, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. Your key Responsibilities will include –

Office Management

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.

  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external visitors.

  • Monitor and maintain general office supplies.

  • Support logistics by assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Provide administrative support to meet the evolving needs of our growing business.

Bookkeeping / Accounts Receivable & Payable

  • Accurately upload and maintain financial transactions in the ERP system (Dynamics 365).

  • Generate export/import and customer invoices; ensure timely billing.

  • Send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to support stock takes.

  • Assist the Tax Accountant with quarterly GST return preparations.

Our Ideal Candidate will have -

  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Prior experience using ERP software is essential (Dynamics 365 preferred but not required).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and timeline-driven.

  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach.

  • This position is open to Singapore residents only. Please note: We do not have an SPass quota.
