  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

You’ll play a vital role in driving sustainability and cutting down carbon emissions in the built environment. We empower our clients to achieve up to a 40% reduction in energy consumption with our cutting-edge ENX Sustainability AI platform. By integrating IoT sensors and smart controls, we optimize energy usage across ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, plug loads, and lighting. We also manage the air and water quality, track occupancy, and monitor data center infrastructure — all while providing real-time sustainability KPI reports.

With its modular design, ENX seamlessly integrates into new buildings as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) or enhances existing spaces as an Energy Management System (EMS), ensuring smooth integration with current BMS setups.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Field Deployment & Installation Management: Work closely with the Design Engineering team to review detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Work (SOW) documents. Take charge of project deployments by planning, coordinating, and executing installations at client job sites, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines. This includes performing site assessments, managing subcontractors, and overseeing the installation and configuration of devices and sensors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including progress reports, key findings, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Conduct technical training for end-users and clients, ensuring they are proficient in system operation and maintenance.
  • Data Analysis & Technical Support: Analyze and interpret data from a variety of devices, including Building Management Systems (BMS), IAQ sensors, BTU meters, electrical meters, and PLCs. Provide on-site technical support, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolving technical queries from clients. Collaborate with the Helpdesk team to address and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless operation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/ Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering/IT industry, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation
  • Strong expertise in automation, SCADA, PLCs, Building Management Systems (BMS), M&E systems, RTU devices and networking equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • A passion for solving real-world problems with connected technologies, with a keen ability to work independently and stay highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Open to traveling for on-site project work across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia as required.
  • 5-day work week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
