What you’ll be doing?
- Marketing Pillars & Planning – Identify and develop marketing pillars that span across all online and offline platforms (eg. social media, retail outlets, email newsletter etc.). These pillars will be the foundation of our marketing calendar.
- Campaign Ideation & Execution – Ideate, plan and execute exciting (even playful) marketing campaigns according to the marketing pillars established (think: collabs, media drops, pop-ups, limited edition blind gifts etc.). You’ll bring fresh, bold ideas to the table and make them happen.
- Team Alignment – Work closely with the Content Team and Sales Team to ensure timely & cohesive execution of campaigns that hit our goals and true to our brand.
- Copywriting – Craft punchy (even quirky) on-brand copy for everything from product pages and promotions to newsletters, blogs, and visual merchandising in-store etc. Your words won’t just sell—they’ll tell a story and bring our brand voice to life across every touchpoint.
- Performance Reporting – Monitor and analyse all marketing campaigns, and deliver a monthly marketing performance report with smart ways to boost key metrics and better results.
- Team Support – Be hands-on with photoshoots, contribute to art direction, assist to set up promotion mechanics, and support to answer social media queries when needed.
What we’re looking for?
- Experience – 2+ years in marketing (bonus if it’s in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce) or a related field. No experience required for internship. Show us your portfolio—we want to see your magic!
- Ideas into Action – A big thinker and a natural planner—you’re both creative and practical. You know how to turn ideas into action, stay organised, and keep multiple campaigns moving without missing a beat.
- Culturally Relevant – You’ve got a sharp eye for design, a knack for spotting trends, and a true love for building connections. From big campaign ideas to real-time chats in the DMs, you keep things fresh, relevant, and real.
- Platform-Savvy – You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms inside out—what works, what flops, and how to execute campaigns that hits.
- Hustle Mentality – Self-driven, full of fresh ideas, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You don’t wait for inspiration—you create it.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
