Job Posting: Senior / Consultant (DeltaV)

We are seeking a skilled Senior / Consultant with expertise in the Emerson DeltaV DCS system, specifically DeltaV Batch, to join our team. In this role, you will report to your Line Manager and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality service. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service through expertise in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, such as FAT, UAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Perform and document qualification/validation activities according to industry standards.
- Work with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards like GAMP 5 and Batch S-88 (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units), ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Leverage your technical proficiency in automation hardware and networking technologies to support system integrations and troubleshooting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment, with expertise in Emerson DeltaV DCS system and DeltaV Batch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Certification: Official Emerson DeltaV training course certifications are preferred.
Valuable Experience:
- Incident Management: Experience in conducting root cause analysis, contributing to post-incident reviews, and ensuring corrective actions and security improvements.
- Change Management: Proven experience in managing the change control process, ensuring compliance when documenting, assessing, and implementing changes to validated systems.
