  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Follow up maintenance schedule to perform preventive maintenance of all pedestals & DB boards.
Performs maintenance, plumbing works (PPR), Minor Painting, alteration, and repair planks work at the Marina.
Maintain operational procedure for equipment, such as pedestals, fire equipment, pontoons and electrical switchboard.
Inspects the work of contractors undertaking major installation and repair work to ensure compliance with our Club requirements.
Daily checking of utilities & record water & Electrical consumption.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Electrical systems & marina operation.
Knowledge and experience in plumbing (PPR welding), painting & carpentry work.
Understand safety, electrical and environmental regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in minimal supervision.
Able to work in shifts & under outdoor weather.
